Cooking has always been my passion.

Cooking is a ministry

Remer Baker Jr. was born in Orlando, Florida, and is a lifelong native of Osceola County. Remer passion for cooking started as a young boy experimenting with pears off a neighbor’s pear tree. He would experiment with making a pear cobbler. He went into the food industry while he was serving jail time in multiple correctional facilities. It was a passion He used to pass the time away while incarcerated. Remer served 15 years in prison and was released to pursue my cooking passion. After serving his sentence He went on to attend LeCordon Blue in 2012 then went on to cook at AppleBees where He advanced into management.

While on an internship in Naples, Florida at a five-star resort, Remer became interested in the management side of the business through His mentor Mr. Carmen the resort Manager. He was the head chef. Remer sought to be a manager and not a chef which gave him the pursuit to search for a mobile kitchen to achieve his passion for cooking. After going to the manufacturer One Fat Frog in Orlando, Florida, Remer walked away with his very own food trailer.

Remer had to overcome many obstacles since becoming a food truck owner due to numerous medical issues He encountered. He has endured seven major surgeries since starting his business including getting prosthetic hips. Despite the many hardships throughout his life He is still blessed to continue his mobile kitchen service and catering service. Remer conveyed He continually thanked God for His continued blessings and the generous support of his family and friends.
